AmazingAs it turned out, it was me,the most computer illiterate in the entire family. God never ceases to amaze me! Granted, I'm only teaching grandsons who are ages two and three, but He has used me, nevertheless. I was the one God equipped with the patience, love and time to help them. I was the one who put them on my lap and showed them what to do, and I was the one with a smile as big as all outdoors as they became more proficient in their computer skills. It probably wont be long beforethey out-skill me, but for now, I delight in the knowledge that I was able to help them. God has given each of us special gifts and talents to be shared. If you can read, you can help the illiterate. If you can knit or crochet, then teach the next generation. If you have mechanical or woodworking skills, share them. If your heart is drawn to the elderly, visit them. If you like to use the phone, be a good listener. If you like to cook, make a meal for the hungry. If you enjoy singing, use your gift to His glory, by sharing. If the life of prisoners bothers you, go visit them, or bring love and warmth to their children. There are so many ways to share the love of God, and it is a shame when we don't use what He has given us; whether a little or a lot- it can all be used by Him.
