Anger Management
As the above ancient proverb implies, the inability to control temper goes far beyond the moment of anger. Thoughtless and hurtful words said in haste, can often jab deep to the core of those we love, respect, and consider dear friends. The shouting may have ended, but those hurtful words can last a lifetime. No, I do not understand people who lash out with angry words when stressed, but then again, I do not understand my own flaws either. We all have them, you know. Those irritating little things about ourselves that we really would like to change; those character traits that we are less than proud of. No man is spared from his humanity, but through God, we can reach through our natural self, and gain sight of a more beautiful spiritual realm. Alone, we may not be able to do it, but with God, ALL things are possible! By my self, I am weak, but with God, I am strong. Without the Creator, I struggle with my weaknesses, but my faith in Him allows my course to be set straight once again! There may be times man disappoints me, but my Heavenly Father's love is always enduring.
