A Very Expensive Christmas

I'll never forget our son walking up with his precious Tonka fire engine in his arms. I said, "Doug, are you sure you want to give that away?" He looked up at me with tears in his eyes and said, "Dad - isn't that what Christmas is all about?"

Yes, it is. It's about God bringing to you and me the most precious gift He could give - His dear Son - who left all the glory of heaven for all the agony of a cross.

In the Bible's words - "God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son" (John 3:16). Why? To do the dying for the sinning you and I have done. So you can put your name in that verse - "God so loved ____________ that He gave His one and only Son".

God will never forget what you do with His Son.
