Falling Leaves... Part 2

The garden is beautiful not with a beauty that is known to us now but, with a glorious beauty too profound to describe.Flower blooms that are so appealing it hurts to look at them. Trees heavy laden with fruit, dripping with allure. Perfect animals in perfect peace are seen playing. Butterflies and birds dot the air in colors so vibrant our eyes cannot imagine the hue. It is the third day. There are many Angels standing around one asks "Is God ready?"

They all shake their heads, yes. In the valley at a distance you seethe image of a man in gray clay, lying among clover. Piercing light engulfs the form and it turns to flesh. All the Angels sigh. Great praise breaks out, applause and cheering. The breath of God fills his being. Two giant hands lift the man and cradle him. He is loved.

Unseen by the other Angels, standing in the spirit in the midst of acenter tree stands a former Archangel, quietly watching. Now the man is talking to the animals, he is calling them by name. He gets sleepy, yawns then lays down.

"Adam, awake, my Son," the Creator calls to his man.

Adam opens his eyes. He looks straight ahead lovely Eve is lying inviolets. She opens her eyes. They look at each other. He is extremelyattracted to her. She is brand new.

"Here is the companion I promised you. She will be your helpmate in the garden. She is your wife. Take care of her and she will take care of you. Together you will tend the garden and handle the duties of life. You will love each other. "Adam, what will you call your wife?"

"I will call her Woman."

"I bless you my children," God continues. "I love you. I have created you with my own hands. You are created in my image. According to my likeness. Be fruitful, multiply and fill the earth. I have given you control over everything take dominion. Remember that you have control over the beasts, the birds, and every thing that creeps on the earth. I have given you many beautiful trees that have delicious fruit. Eat of these. Be obedient and do not do what I have told you not to do. I am your Father, the creator. I know what is best for you. Do not eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil."

Adam rises and takes his wife's hand. She rises and looks around. She smiles and is glad to be alive. Adam loves her deeply. She is flesh of his flesh, bone of his bone. He has longed for her. He has been lonely for her. He goes down the garden pathway. She follows him. They follow each other.

"Let me show you the world. These are the wonderful animals God hasgiven us." He shows her several animals. She pets large tigers. "This is the luscious garden he has created for us. It is called the Garden of Eden. And for me he created you. I am very happy."

"Adam," Eve studies his face. "God created me.I live in the Garden of Eden? I am flesh and bone from you?"

"God the creator, Jehovah our Father has created the heavens and theearth. Also he created the Angels who work and live with him in heaven.Sometimes they are here with him. It is Gods plan to create beings that will multiply. So for that purpose he has created man and woman. We are HIS first man. He took from me a rib bone and with it he called you into being. So from my flesh you are made."

Eve seems overwhelmed. Adam comforts her. He smiles. He puts his arms around her. He smells her long hair. They are naked and pay no attention to it. God created the woman in the morning. The sun was shining and it was a beautiful day. God has left them alone in the garden.

Adam gathers twine and shows Eve how to weave a basket. Then he takes larger pieces of wood and begins to make a chair for her like his. When he finishes he goes and picks her up and places her in the seat.

"You are so beautiful. Do you have any idea how beautiful you are? Ican't believe you belong to me. I have waited so long for you."

Someone is watching them.

Eve Laughs. "How long did you wait for me?"

"It seems like forever. We looked at all the animals when I named them. We did not find anyone suitable for me then God said he would create someone special and he did. I named you woman. I am man and you are wo-man."

Adam takes his wife swimming in the waterfalls. They laugh and play.Man while in the Garden of Eden was in a condition where he could domiraculous things, like the Angels. God walked with Adam in the gardentherefore it was a holy place and in being so it was possible for man to do many things with power that are unknown to us now. Adam leaves the water and goes to the shore there he picks up a chunk of gold. He molds it in his hands with power and creates a band and places the ring on Eve's finger. She is delighted.

Someone is watching them.

There are always lots of animals around in the garden. The animals and man are able to communicate. In simple words they express their emotions and man understands what they are saying when they make sounds. This is not unusual for Adam and Eve.

Eve is lying on the mossy ground beside the water. She is wet. Shelooks down at herself and says dry. Her skin becomes instantly dry. Squirrels are near by eating nuts. They are saying how good they are. There voices sound like children. "Yes, they are good." Adam has gathered some food in a basket. He gives it to Eve they begin to eat.

"Try this," she hands a berry to a squirrel.

In the distance Adam hears their names being called. He raises his head to listen.

"God is here. Lets go to be with him." Together they run to be with a wonderful God who they love and who loves them.

"Hello, my new children. How are you doing in the garden today?" Godappears in a glowing light. Adam and Eve are spirit and flesh but a special kind of perfect flesh. God is in the spirit and not the flesh. No man can look on the face of God and live but Adam and Eve could in the garden in their perfect un-cursed flesh. "Are you enjoying the things I created for you? Do you have any needs that aren't being met?

"No Father. We are happy. Thank you."

"Eve how are you? Are you contented? Do you think I did a good job? Do you like your husband?"

"Yes, Father. I am very pleased. This is a wonderful place. I love Adam. Thank you."

"You are so welcome. If there is ever anything you need let me know. I want you to be happy. Remember to be obedient . . . I love you."

God was meeting all of Adam and Eve's needs. Yet when they discovered they were naked after the fall they had no textiles to cover themselves, so we know that what ever they had was lost after the fall. But even so it is reasonable to assume anything that required cloth, like drying off or cleaning items were not needed. They thought things to be done and it was. They probably also had belongings given to them by God.

Adam is away from the dwelling area and Eve is alone. She is cuttingup fruit because she likes to make things with her hands. She is singing.

Nearby someone is watching.

"You are very beautiful. Where did you comefrom?"

"Well, my. You are curious. What makes you so curious littleone?"

"Well, I have superior knowledge."

"Yes you do," Eve glances at him and smiles.

"Where did you come from?"

"From God just like you."

"How do you know?"

"Because he told me so. Also my husband told me. A rib and part of his 8 side wasd0c taken from my husband while he slept. From that I was created so that I would be a proper mate for Adam. Adam is man I am woman."

"Maybe he didn't make you. How can you be sure?"

"Why would he say he did if he didn't?" Eve is perplexed. She seemsnaive.

"There are many reasons why one might say something that is nottrue. Perhaps he wants to keep in mystery the truth about wonderful secrets."

"But, why would he do that? He has been so kind to us already. I'm sure he wouldn't want to keep anything good from us."

"Really. Is there anything at all he is keeping from you?"

Eve Looks at the serpent as if she is very disturbed by him. "There is one thing he has told us we cannot do. We cannot eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. We cannot even touch it."

"Yes, I know the one. It is in the middle of the garden. I have eaten of it that is why I am so wise. Consider the other serpents' do they sound like me."

At that he disappears.

Deep in an isolated section of the garden, lies the serpent. There is a mist rising up from the ground. The spirit that inhabits the creature raises up and stretches, the faint outline of a half man half animal is revealed as the mist engulfs it.

"Fraou, Baal, Searon, Ra? He calls to his fallen Angels."

"Lucifer!" they call back.

The Devil grasps at the ground, placing his ear to its surface. "My dear's do you hear me?"

"Are you going to be able to get us out like you? What has happened?"

"He is beginning again, with two people Adam and Eve, a male and afemale. Separate creatures."

"How will you get them?" Fraou claws his tomb. "What is your plan?"

"Well Adam is hopeless he's to satisfied. He came first, he named the animals, he was alone with God. But I am considering Eve. She seems restless, unsettled she might have an independent motive for herself."

"Do you really think you can raise one? If she was made for him," Baal suggests. Adam will not want to lose her, loves her he will follow her.

"Exactly. She's fragile, sweet but ambitious to be wiser. I think I can make her feel Adam might have gotten more in this deal. I have a plan "A subtle lowly serpent," he looks the serpent. "Surly the lowest of all Gods creatures, is all it will take. I will show him. I will raise my throne above the most high."

Adam suddenly appears to Eve lying on a hammock made of down and twine. "I have a secret. You are not going to believe what I am making for you and what I have found."

"I can't wait to see it. When will it be ready?" She goes over andbegins to tickle him.

"Patience." He tickles her back then grabs her by the waist and rolls her on to the hammock. He lies with his arms around her and looks into her eyes. He kisses her. "I love you."

"I love you." She curls her finger around his hair. "Adam, do you think God has secrets from us?"

"Secrets? I never thought about it. What kind of secrets?"

"To be continued...
